TECH CREW

Stage crew members are assigned roles and tasks such as moving a specific set piece or setting a specific prop. Once assigned, roles can not change, and the crew behaves in a choreographed manner.  It’s very much like being “in” the show, but as a member of the crew.  Roles for crew members are assigned based on their availability (and strength for moving large sets).

**** ACTORS COMING FROM PERFORMANCES: Please attend on Wednesday and Thursday instead of Monday and Tuesday.  Take a break!

Please sign up for all tech rehearsal dates you are available to attend.  It is recommended that the tech crew member should attend all days of tech week.  A minimum of two tech rehearsals is required in order to prepare for performances. At least 4-6 stagehands are needed at each tech rehearsal.

PERFORMANCES

All stagehand crew members are needed for all performances! Add your name to the dates you can attend.  This helps the stage manager fill the gaps in the crew.

Changes to the schedule will be highlighted in RED.

Question: Can I cancel last minute or change my availability later?  We are forming a team.  Each crew member will have a specific role. You will need to commit to the schedule and confirm availability.
